Barbara and I are private lenders. We use our CAMA Plan self-directed IRA to fund deals. Sometimes, even though we can cover the full deal, we break a piece off to let a new investor write a 2nd position note. It's fun to let a new investor into a lending deal even if they only have a few grand.
