I am acquiring land & could use some help in liquidating. I gave away info acquured at a RICH Dad seminar thinking I'd never use it. Wrong I was. I could use guidance in getting the right paperwork to flip the property, pay off, then move on. I have lived off grid a third year on property. Thanks
