In the 80's I purchased a couple of houses at action renovated one, sold the other AS IS, made good money on both deals. Was unprepared for Auction, had not seen properties. Now, I know a lot more and I am preparing myself by going to seminars, reading all I can about Foreclosures, Tax Deeds etc....
