Over 10 years investing in Real Estate. I have been blessed enough to learn from much of the best and acquired 7 SF rentals, 2 MF rentals and flip roughly 1 property per month and wholesale 1-2. It has been a long journey however I would not have changed the good and hard lessons for anything.
