Matt is the president of Gentrified Properties Ltd. He runs the day-to-day operations of the business and coordinates each project. Matt started investing in Canadian real estate in 2012. He left his job as an E&I foreman to pursue his passion of real-estate investment, creating Gentrified in 2017.
