I currently work for a major aerospace corporation and I run an aftermarket repair segment with $37M a year in sales. As much as I enjoy my job, my goal is to use buy and hold strategies to replace my income as I get closer to retirement. I am a lean manufacturing and continuous improvement specialist which has made me successful in the corporate world. I truly believe that these principles can be applied successfully to any business to drive significant process improvements and cost savings.
