I'm not into selling realastate but I do want to learn the process on dealing with mobile homes, I actually had one that I out right owned but the park took it because they wouldn't renew my lease and I couldn't afford to move it, they wouldn't even let me sell it, but I learned along the way, and now their trying to get an elderly friends of mine , who was put in a home, but she signed it over to me, maybe you can tell me if it's clear to transfer title to me, I have the original title she sign over to me.
