I have lived in San Antonio since 2017 and purchased my 1st home (house hacked with renovated kitchen, flooring and paint) which is now occupied as a rental. I lived in my 2nd home with my family and am looking to begin investing in flips or rental properties. I retire from active duty in 5 years...
