Hi, years ago, I bought 3 houses and a condo (over a period of 10 yrs) and sold one house and recently lost 2 in my divorce. I currently own a condo that I rent out. I want to learn how to buy more properties, by myself this time (SCARY!), so that I can hopefully retire some day.
