I am a Gen Cont,and a full time Landlord,i own a 24 unit apartment complex good cash flow,and two rental houses.would like to buy more houses that need re-hab and keep to rent.I have over 15 years experiance,as a landlord and as a Gen Cont,my goals are to buy more rentals.
