Hi BP community, I'm a retired newbie, better late than never, right? Living in Jurupa Valley, Ca. No experience except a house I owned back in 1975, I looked it up it's now worth over $700000. Family bought it for $20,000 in 1969. Made me think! Hope to meet you all in the years to come.
