I’m a Carpenter and work in Manhattan. I’m looking to BRRRR somewhere affordable, thinking Allentown, PA. I have $30k cash and can borrow $50k from my annuity. The goal is to have $5k cash flow p/m in 5 years. Suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
