I started in 1994 with a rent house. Twenty houses later, I bought a small apt complex...then a bigger one...and now a 146 unit complex valued at 8 million. I quit my salaried job 10 years ago. Recently, I've sold almost all my single family assets. I'm looking for more multi-family investments.
