Hello everyone! I want to become a REI to replace my income, and grow my assets. I’ve been looking in my local area, and there is potential for sure! I’ve owned a primary property before, but am looking to purchase a duplex to house hack. Any helpful tips are welcome. I’m very willing to learn.
