I currently own 8 units, and am looking to add at least one to my portfolio every year. I buy and hold, but also do remodels. I have sold one of the remodels for a nice profit. I've also invested in tax liens in Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana). I own one property free and clear from a tax lien.
