New to REI and trying to learn as much as possible. I have lived in Napa/Los Angeles, CA - Portland/Eugene, OR - Austin, TX - Blacksburg/Arlington, VA... I am open to many of those locations, though a lot of those are super pricey.

Goal is to get into Buy and Hold and BRRR.
