For people leasing out about 20 or more units, how do you keep data?

I was looking into storing my data about each properties info, sq feet, rent, tenant info etc. How do ya'll look at this data and analyze it? Any Recommendations?

You are looking for a Mercedes when you only need a wheelbarrow.

Put it in a spreadsheet and be done with it. I can't think of any reason to go more complicated than that.
