Hello, I paid over $600 to my property manager last year. Do I need to provide them with a 1099 MISC? Thanks

@Edlyn Gonzales did your PMC collect rents on your behalf and send you the funds after deducting their fees?

If yes, then YOU do NOT need to send anything to your PMC.

Your PMC should actually be sending you a 1099-MISC with supporting documentation for any & all expenses paid from funds collected on your behalf.
