Hi all,
My name is Michael Miller. I currently live in Lexington sc, bought my house in 21. Has appreciated nicely and now I’m ready to move and house hack. I’ve worked at Michelin for 8 years and also have a landscaping company on the side.
I’ve been listening to podcast since before I even bought my current house. Always felt a long ways away before I could make a move to house hack. Now I’m in the process of finishing up some remodels at my current house and on the fence with renting/selling it.
All this to say, I’m very grateful for all the knowledge I have gained from listening to the podcast. I’m at that point where I’ve heard enough that I feel I need to jump in to continue learning. Hope everyone has a great 2025, plan to make it the start of a change for myself.
Thanks for reading
Michael

It sounds like you’re in a great position to take the next step in house hacking, especially with your experience in home improvement and business. Deciding whether to rent or sell your current home depends on factors like cash flow potential, appreciation trends, and your ability to manage tenants. Since you've been preparing for this for years, trust your knowledge, analyze the numbers, and take action—2025 could be the start of something big for your investing journey!
Good luck!
