I'm a reporter at the Indianapolis Star who has covered the Clayton Morris and Bert Whalen saga over the years. Here's the latest: Bert Whalen was sentenced Tuesday to more than 3 years in prison.

Well that certainly is a positive. It's unfortunate that Clayton Morris seems like he will never be brought to justice. Perhaps it's a negative reflection on the fact that fame and celebrity often in this country give individuals free reign to commit crimes with out penalty of consequence.
