This is a shot in the dark but, are any memebers here involved in Tax Credit multifamily development?

Does anyone think they will extend the tax credit incentive further into the year?

If so, why?

If not, why?

What's the difference between Tax abatement and Tax Credit? I'm in the St. Louis MO. area if  that makes a difference.

It appears they have removed the FTHB requirement. Does anyone know if it will apply to properties besides primary residences?
