Has anyone bought a home from them? Their deal is that you partner with them to buy single family homes. You get the mortgage in your name only and they will manage the property. Then you split the cash flow.

Has any one ever had roots in pipes and solve the issue with out doing excavation. Plumbing company says its the only way to resolve the issue

Does anyone have a recommendation for a company who can help me clear a drain?  My garage drain is draining very slowly and I think that it is clogged with tree roots.
