Anyone have experience using Ron legrand lead selling machine. So I will use his radio ad templates soon. Any experience do the templates still work with radio ads. 

I am looking to advertise on TV and radio NYD wanted to know if anyone has tried that bad if they have found success VS cost?

It seems like consistent "we buy houses" style radio ads could generate a lot of leads but I'm sure they are too pricey to be worth it, otherwise I would probably be hearing them already. Has anyone tried it?
