Hello all, has anybody on here used the furnished finders website to procure traveling nurses? I'm closing on a five Plex that is a huge value ad and I'm thinking about just making it all on this model. 

So I got my post cards printed up to send out to some houses I am interested on trying to get under contract. Someone told me that I should have put a disclaimer on the post card. Is this true?
