Are there people/websites that specialize in getting T/B's for a fee. Can anyone recommend one for a property I hold in Indianapolis?

This company helps generate wholesaling leads.  Has anyone here used the program?  If so, I'd love to hear your thoughts.  If you've used similar programs, I'd love to hear of any you love.
