Hi BP Community,For those of you with long term rental properties, do you furnish them?Have you found more, less, or about the same success attracting tenants with furnished versus non-furnished units?

I'm about to close on my first rental property in NYC. I plan to do some cosmetic upgrades after then rent it out.  Is it better to rent it out furnished or unfurnished?
