I always access BP from my cell phone, Android S7. Can you mention people from a phone, or do I need to be on a computer?

I know this is a very trivial question, but if you don't know, and you are not a #@(: type then...........how do you @link someone in a post?ie: referencing a current user of this site by link name?

How in the world do you get mentions to work on Android 5.1?

Feel pretty dumb asking this question. How do you "mention" someone when replying to their post so they get notified?
