Does anyone have any good resources for getting my arms around the syndication market as a whole. Number of syndicators, deal volume, typical terms, fee structure, performance, etc.?

Typically I've done 50/50 splits with capital partners but looking for alternative deal structures others have used that are fair without putting own money into the deal.

when wholesaling in Georgia does the buy or seller tipically pay the fees?

Where do you find your best lists? And who do you typically avoid? I've had a couple lists that produced not much luck. Can someone shed some better light?
