I am looking for a great contractor to work on my unfinished basement.  Adding a bedroom and bathroom.  15K budget on a 800sqft space. 

Does anyone know what is the average price per square foot for commercial (office, mixed use, retail) space is in the Bantam, CT area. 

I'm looking to invest in REOs in Bridgeport, CT.  Does anyone have recommendation for a good real estate attorney that specializes in this space?
