How should a escrow account be created when there are two people on a lease (two friends staying in a 2BR condo). The bank says only one tenant can be on a escrow account.
Can you 1031 a duplex (long term rental currently) or multiple duplexes to invest in a beach front property and use it as a short term rental? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
