Hello All,Currently, I managed 15 HOA's with roughly 300 units. The position is far from enjoyable. Are the stress levels of managing HOA's, multifamily, commercial different? Or is it all the same BS?Thanks

Hello, is there anyone who has worked with a project manager or builder consultant for a new construction project in Austin, TX rather than just hiring a builder?  Any positive or negative experiences about it? 

If there's a junior lien holder (2nd position) on a property that is going into foreclosure, can that lien holder make a short sale offer on the property, or is there something that prevents that?  

anyone have stories of purchases that had negative surprises (eg. Issues not found in the inspection, bad inherited tenants etc) that eventually became positive stories?  If so what did you do to turn it around?
