Hello,Was wondering if we've made.it back to pre 2008 recession LTV levels yet. The largest I've found that'll fund in the first position with a seller second is 80% CLTV.
I was curious if anyone has any experience with raw land deals and building new SFH. Both positive and negative experiences wanted as well as any directions towards related educational material. Thanks.
