I am looking to purchase a property to BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat). Should I purchase it in my name or in the LLC name?

I see a lot of posts on BP about consulting, referring leads off to try to collect fees from agents when the parties are unlicensed.
