Is it ever wise to buy real estate cash and have no mortgage?  i thought putting the least amount of down and having leverage is the smarter move?

What is your favorite type of property to own? Commercial? Condos? MultiFamily Homes? Single Family? Raw Land? What are the pros and cons to your favorite type of property? There are no wrong answers.

For a newer investor the answer may seem fairly simple, buying a property at a good price point. I would suggest though that the answer is much more complicated than that.
