In November we put an offer on a short sale house. Recently the listing agent said it was approved in the online system, although we are still waiting on the approval letter.

So, I'm currently browsing all the easy listing engines, zillow, realtor, the rest, trying to get a feel for what's available, what things are priced at etc... and simultaneously bouncing that off an interesting recen...
