I am new to RE investing and am trying to find legal help/support/advice. Should I turn to a real estate lawyer and a CPA separately, or can anyone recommend someone who is adept at both? 

For those of you who either are property managers or who hire property managers... is mileage paid separately from the fee, like a maintenance expense, or is it usually included in the base fee?
