Hello BP members, I am in the process of buying my first triplex, when getting estimates for the repairs should I try to have the contractors together for one appointment or separate?
Does anyone have an idea of what would be a realistic expense ratio for an apartment building in the Victor Valley? Building has separate electric and gas. Let me know your thoughtsMark
