SoCal gas utility company has a program where they offer multi family units hand held shower heads and aerators on kitchen and bathroom faucets. Installation is free. Is there any down side to this?

I want to know whats the best structure to use for Sub-2 deals before you wholesale them? (Land contracts, installment contracts, AITDs, wraps). I'm hearing different things and don't want to be misled.
