I'm looking to originate small loans for local projects. No more than 10k at a time. Most importantly, I need an education on the due diligence and paperwork needed to safely do this

I've been designing ,building, rehabbing, furnishing and property managing either vacation rentals or other short term/midterm rentals for several decades in AZ. I look forward to continuing my education on this forum.

I am new to real estate investing and want to learn how to get started.

I have been investing in Central Iowa for five years and have had a number of wins and losses.  As you know, the wins keep the lights on and the losses are your education.

What should I throw money at? Any good deals?

So i went to rich dad poor dad seminar also known as legacy education, and they had some good content. Just wondering if anyone took the 3 day course and any comments about it?
