Hello allI’m building a new home in Philadelphia and need to have a sprinkler system installed. Anyone have any recommendations on a company I should use? 

I need bids from a handyman team for exterior house painting, grass removal, and mulch and drip irrigation installation.

Does anyone have any positive experiences with a good HVAC contractor in the Houston TX area? Who can you recommend for either new installations or repairs maintenance?

Any opinions on putting a metal roof over a built up tar roof?  Does anyone have a rough “rule of thumb” estimate for metal roof installation costs?

Does anyone have a referral for a CC&R rockstar attorney? My downstairs neighbor is threatening to sue over the hardwood floors I installed in 2013.

The contractor acknowledged damaging the wood banister when installing it to the wall but denied scratching wooden doors. 
How do you handle a situation like this? Thanks!
