The Connecticut Housing Committee last week just pushed through dozens of "concepts" not even bill proposals. Just concepts which are proposed bills that only had vague titles. ...

So I have 45 days to make my list of 3 properties and 180 days to pull the trigger. 
But how do you effectively choose 3 properties that may not be on the market in 180 days.
