Seems like wholesalers are pretty much unlicensed brokers. Whats the difference? A broker is the middleman, is that not what a wholesaler is? 

I am getting started with realestate wholesailing in the Richmond, Va area. I have contacted many Realestate Attorney's in my area who have either:

A. Have no idea what I am talking about
B. Says what I am getting...
