I just listened to a webinar from Marko Rubel discussing his "Profit Grabber" Real Estate Investment Program. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so what is your opinion?

When it comes to reading books, I love. But sometimes I find it a little easier to listen to the book on audible. So my question is, what do you prefer ?
