Any advice on setting up an LLC for our RE investments? Do we need to speak to a corporate lawyer or can we go the simple route of LegalZoom? Need to get it it done quickly for a hard money loan.

Applicant has no social or driver's license number
We have an applicant trying to complete an application for one of our rentals, but they do not have a social security number or a driver's license number- which are required fields for our background and credit check....
