Has anyone had experience with Nimius property management company in Milwaukee, WI?

What happens to the condo association? Is it possible to dissolve it and take full ownership of the properties? If it can be dissolved, what happens to the previous funds accumulated by the previous condo association?

Do you what does it mean that a property belongs to HUD or NEW YORK CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY (or local authority). Funny that the property is vacant and woods on the window.What does it mean??!Thanks

     Curious if a contractor receives a rebate using funds from the job to buy materials for that job does he get to keep the rebate? Does it belong to him if the cost of materials was included in his bid for the job?...
