Looking for insight on how to go about setting up a checking and business accounts for a Rental property. Should I talk to a CPA first? 

How does it work to have tenants deposit directly into your bank account? Do you just give them your account number? Isn't that dangerous? I've never heard of this and would like to understand the mechanics.
