I was listening to a Paula Pant podcast a couple days ago where she talked about Class B neighborhoods.  Is that really a thing or did she make it up?  If it is a thing, how do you find these neighborhoods?

What's your suggestions on taking the class offered vs getting the books and reading them. I'm trying to learn while I pay down some debt and don't have the $500+ to put out on a class right now.

I have heard the terms "B" and  "C" rental or "B+" rentals.  Is this a classification for the type of rental property?  Or is a classification for a type of renter?  Is this an official classification?
