Does anyone have any recommendations on how to manage a repair or replacement of a roof in the Memphis, TN area? I recently purchased a single family house and the insurance company is recommending I replace the roof....

I got summons from the Illinois Municipal Department. I have building code violations but it does not say who to call or what to do, has anybody gone thru this? Any advise?Thank you much!
