I live in Oregon and we are required to rent to tenants with service animals even if we have a no pet policy.  Is anyone else dealing with this legality?

I have prospective tenant that has a service animal. Typically I charge a non-refundable pet deposit. Is it still legal to charge this deposit for service animal? Thanks in advance!
