As new landlords, we do not have enough experience with the screening process, and would like to get advice from others.

We have a married couple wanting to apply and I am planning to use Cozy to screen them....

1,200,000 foreclosures?
30,000 investors here at BP?
that averages about 40 houses each.

I am sure there are loads of investors not here.
so if 10% of investors are here, that's 4 houses each.

When selling a property via owner financing are there any terms beyond the obvious (price, term, interest rate, late charges, ect... ) that I should have my attorney build in to the contract? I am aware of Dodd Frank....
